Booth Participation Application Please Fill Out Every Question On The Form

***PLEASE NOTE: This is a family friendly church event; all vendors must agree to conduct themselves with this in mind. No vendor will be permitted to sell or advertise openly items deemed inappropriate by the leadership of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

This may include but is not limited to items such as drugs, alcohol, profanity, off colored humor, inappropriate images, and non-Christian religious items. If something is considered inappropriate by the leadership of the event you may be asked to remove said item or leave the event without a refund for your booth. If you have any questions leading up to the event, please email pastorcarl@cbcpsl.church.

There is a $25 dollar registration fee to secure your 10 ft X 10 ft spot during the event. Until the
fee is received, we cannot guarantee your spot for the event. All fees go towards Cornerstone's partnership with 4Kids ministries.

(Set up begins at 6am) Event from 8am-12pm


Thank you for your consideration in participating in our church fundraiser for 4Kids of the Treasure Coast. We look forward to working with you in our effort to make an impact on the lives of families in our community. 

Below are a few requirements and suggestions for both participants.

***Attention***

All booth participants must have vehicles removed from the booth location by no later than 7am. No vehicle will be allowed in this area after 7am. This is for everyone’s safety.

No one will be permitted to set up after 8am and if you decide to tear down before noon you must carry items to your vehicle. No vehicle will be permitted in the booth area until 12:15pm. This is for everyone’s safety.

Booth spaces our 10’X10’ please be sure to plan accordingly. 

***All participants must provide weights for their canopy tents**. All other items such as chairs, tables, decorations and other items must be provided by the booth participants. There is no power access provided for booths.

All participants must clean the 10’X10’ area when they are finished with their booth. No large trash items will be allowed to remain on the church property, nor will anyone be allowed to store items overnight on the church property.
